Please note: Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (layers are a good idea). For online classes all you need is space to roll out your mat and a cushion or folded blanket to sit on. All ages are welcome, you are never too young or too old to enjoy yoga. Young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
