Relaxed Flow - Beginners Welcome
An hour of seasonal Zen Yoga with a chilled-out vibe focussing on shoulder mobility and inner fire. This class is ideal if you prefer a more restorative style of class; beginners to yoga are very welcome.
WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?
Expect Chi Gong sequences and flowing yoga poses working with the meridians of the season. Finish your hour with a guided relaxation to help you unwind.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring a cushion, folded blanket or block to sit on. Yoga blocks or a thick book to use as a prop will be useful. and a long strap (yoga strap, theraband, dog lead or dressing gown belt) to this class.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a more relaxed pace for their practice. Each class lasts for 60 minutes.
