TUESDAY JULY 12th Zen Yoga for Summer - DROP IN
Put some Yang into your yoga to keep us moving through the summer with this 9 week block of classes. Expect more energetic sequences to raise heat and warm the body, focusing on connection and concentration, strengthening and grounding. This class is suitable for experienced beginners or those who exercise regularly and gives more challenge options for intermediate practitioners.
WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?
Expect some energising sequences, holding poses for longer with options to take deeper, juicier alternatives.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring a cushion, folded blanket or block to sit on. Bring a yoga brick, sturdy sandwich tub or a thick book to use as a prop for some of the poses. Also a pillow, bolster or some cushions will be used.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga and those who practice regularly. This class is a stronger practice than our Wednesday Zen Yoga class which is a more restorative session. Each class lasts for 75 minutes.
