WEDNESDAYS 5.45PM HIIT YOGA Autumn/Winter 5 Week Block
This short, fun session does exactly what it says on the tin! A combination of yoga and high intensity interval training combines sets of dynamic bodyweight yoga poses with mindful breathing to raise your heart rate and work your muscles.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring a cushion, folded blanket or block to sit on.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is suitable for anyone with an established yoga practice or beginners who exercise regularly. Each class lasts for 30 minutes.
Please note this class is NOT suitable for you if you are pregnant, are recovering from illness or do not exercise.
Be aware that when teaching online classes I cannot give individual advice or adjustments as I would in person; your participation is entirely at your own risk. As with all my classes I encourage you to do as much or as little of the practice as feels right for you. By signing up for this class you are accepting that you will practice at your own risk.
