Relaxed Flow - Beginners Welcome


Save money and commit to a regular practice with a class pass! Classes start March 25th.


This class is ideal if you prefer a more restorative style of class; beginners to yoga are very welcome.


WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?

Expect Chi gong sequences and flowing yoga poses working with the meridians of the season. Finish your hour with a guided relaxation to help you unwind.


WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?

Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring something to sit on. Please bring a ball to class for some foot massage - a tennis ball or a spiky ball will do the job!


IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?

This class is aimed at those those who prefer a more relaxed, meditative pace for their practice. It is suitable for most beginners, you don't need to be super bendy but do need to be comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Each class lasts for 60 minutes.


Please be aware that when teaching online classes I cannot give individual advice or adjustments as I would in person; your participation is entirely at your own risk. As with all my classes I encourage you to do as much or as little of the practice as feels right for you. By signing up for this class you are accepting that you will practice at your own risk.
