Winter is the season to slow things down, rest, restore and relax. Although the New Year may tempt us into new fads and diets research shows they simply don't last. Instead, match your energy to the season and use this time to reflect on the year that has passed and clarify your purpose for the warmer seasons ahead.
WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?
Expect some Chi gong sequences to warm up and flowing yoga poses immersing ourselves in the slower pace of winter. Finish your hour with a guided relaxation to help you unwind.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring a cushion, folded blanket or block to sit on. Yoga blocks or a thick book to use as a prop will be useful. Please bring a pillow, bolster or cushions to these classes.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a more relaxing pace for their practice. Each class lasts for 60 minutes.
Please be aware that when teaching online classes I cannot give individual advice or adjustments as I would in person; your participation is entirely at your own risk.
