All Ability, Beginners Welcome
As we move into the cooler Yin phase of the year we begin to slow things down and focus on the breath.
WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?
Expect some Chi gong sequences to warm up and flowing yoga poses working with the autumn meridians. Finish your hour with a guided relaxation to help you unwind.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring a cushion, folded blanket or block to sit on. Yoga blocks or a thick book to use as a prop will be useful. Please bring a yoga strap, belt or a dog lead to these classes.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a more relaxing pace for their practice. Each class lasts for 60 minutes.
Please be aware that when teaching online classes I cannot give individual advice or adjustments as I would in person; your participation is entirely at your own risk. As with all my classes I encourage you to do as much or as little of the practice as feels right for you. By signing up for this class you are accepting that you will practice at your own risk.
