TUESDAYS Zen Yoga Autumn/Winter 5 Week Block
This 75 minute class gives you more challenge options and sustained flow sequences to work with the energy of the season as we move towards the cooler Yin of winter.
WHAT IS THE CLASS LIKE?
Expect to work on poses using the arms, shoulders and hands - we'll be keeping some of our favourite poses and adding in some juicy twists and side stretches.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASS?
Please ensure you have enough space to roll out a mat and bring a cushion, folded blanket or block to sit on. Bring a yoga brick, sturdy sandwich tub or a thick book to use as a prop for some of the poses.
IS THIS CLASS FOR ME?
This class is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga and those who practice regularly. This class is a stronger practice than our Wednesday Zen Yoga class which is a more restorative session. Each class lasts for 75 minutes.
