We work with seasonal Zen Yoga practices to build, focus and maintain energy (Qi) in tune with the time of year.
Each class begins with breath work and Chi Qong. Asanas are aimed at opening and balancing our energy lines (meridians) as we move through each season. A guided meditation (yoga nidra) ends the session and will help you relax and explore your inner landscape, with time to chat, enjoy hot drinks and healthy snacks afterwards. The vegan chocolate brownies are gaining quite a reputation!
