ZEN yoga mornings

  We work with seasonal Zen ​Yoga practices to build, focus and maintain energy (Qi) in tune with the time of year. 

Each class begins with breath work and Chi Qong. Asanas are aimed at opening and balancing our energy lines (meridians) as we move through each season. A guided meditation (yoga nidra) ends the session and will help you relax and explore your inner landscape, with time to chat, enjoy hot drinks and healthy snacks afterwards. The vegan chocolate brownies are gaining quite a reputation!

  • Each morning lasts about two hours starting at 10am.
  • ​All abilities and beginners welcome - postures and sequences can be explored at different levels. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We usually have bare feet in class and work on a yoga mat (we can lend you one if needed, just let us know).
  • Bring a blanket or rug for the guided meditation.
