Mondays 6-7.15PM YOGA TO STAY STRONG This is a fun and energetic series of classes drawing on Ashtanga style class Sun Salutations A & B to warm up, with a series of standing poses for legs and then a section working on core strength. I might throw in a few Animal Flow style movements as well as they are quite funky! Expect to raise your heartrate, build some strength and maybe make some shapes you weren’t expecting!
Tuesdays 6.00 - 7.15pm SEASONAL ZEN YOGA Beginners/Intermediate This 75 minute class gives you more challenge options and sustained flow sequences to work with energy of the season.
Wednesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm SEASONAL ZEN YOGA All Ability This class is ideal if you're looking for a gentler yoga practice or are starting out on your yoga journey.

Private Classes One to one or small group sessions are available by arrangement.
Please note: Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (layers are a good idea). For in person classes you will need to bring your own yoga mat. For online classes all you need is space to roll out your mat and a cushion or folded blanket to sit on. All ages are welcome, you are never too young or too old to enjoy yoga. Young people under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors are welcome to join us.
