Mountain yogi; likes mountains, yoga, ice-climbing, hill running, Zen, dogs, mountain biking and generally being outside. Penny is trained in Zen Yoga, a Japanese Buddhist tradition which teaches a range of practices to foster wellbeing, develop awareness of body and mind and cultivate our ability to live life fully and fearlessly.
Penny has studied with the British Wheel of Yoga and holds a BWY Foundation Certificate in Yoga. She completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Zen Yoga. She is fully insured to teach; holds a BASP Emergency Outdoor First Aid Certificate and is also a qualified Mountain Leader.
