Mountain yogi; likes mountains, yoga, meditation, ice-climbing, hill running, Zen, dogs, mountain biking and generally being outside. Penny is trained in Zen Yoga, a Japanese Buddhist tradition teaching practices to foster wellbeing, develop awareness of body-mind and cultivate our ability to live life fully and fearlessly.
Penny has studied with the British Wheel of Yoga and holds a BWY Foundation Certificate in Yoga and a 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Zen Yoga. Penny is a qualified Mountain Leader, holds a BASP Emergency Outdoor First Aid Certificate and is a member of the Mountain Training Association. She has recently completed her training as a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher.
